McDonalds sex offender drops lawsuit

I told you before about the convicted sex offender who sued a woman and McDonald's (who he had worked for) after the woman informed his employer that he was a sex offender. His lawyer complained he had gotten a 'raw deal' when he was fired... after all McDonalds happens to be the best place in the world for a convicted sex offender to work.

Anyway, it turns out that the low life lawyer and his scum client have decided to drop the lawsuit.

Four days after a convicted sex offender filed a lawsuit against a Tewksbury woman and a local McDonald’s, Scott Gagnon and his attorney voluntarily ended the case last Friday.

On Monday March 31, Gagnon, who served 27 years in jail after pleading guilty to multiple counts of rape, filed the lawsuit in Middlesex Superior Court against the famous Golden Arches restaurant and against Andrea Quinn, who informed the management at the Tewksbury McDonald’s on 1928 Main St. of his Level 3 sex offender status, which led to Gagnon’s termination approximately two weeks ago.

While this is good news to both the woman and to McDonalds- it still doesn't make up for the very fact that these to idiots actually filed the suit to begin with.
