Do you know this child?

Las Vegas police are searching for information on the identities of the little girl pervert pictured. The story behind how these two became of interest to police is a little far fetched if you ask me, but rather than debating the likelihood of it, or questioning why the hell he waited so freaking long before turning to police- I'm going to just quote the story... for now.

After receiving a graphic tape of a young girl being assaulted by an adult male, Nye County police need help identifying both the victim and the man.
Investigators said the tape was turned in by Darren Tuck, 26, of Pahrump. Tuck said he found the tape in the desert. After another investigation, police said Tuck had possession of the tape for over five months, showing it to other people.

H/t Homesweethome and websleuths.

The first update comes straight from America's Most Wanted, who has been working on this case from early on:

Chester Stiles: Cops tell AMW that they are now hot on the trail of the man at the center of an investigation into a horrific videotaped sexual assault involving an underage girl. Police have now named Chester Arthur Stiles as the man they believe is seen on the tape performing sexual acts on a 4- to 5-year-old girl who has now been identified only as 'Madison'.

And the second update comes from a reader, who sent the link to me Thanks!
The girl is called "Madison" on the tape, and it is "possible" that the man shown in it is Stiles, DeMeo said.
Stiles, whose last known address was Las Vegas, also was wanted on unrelated state and federal warrants on charges of sexual assault and lewdness with a minor under 14 years of age, the sheriff said.

"We know he has those warrants," DeMeo told The Associated Press by telephone from Pahrump, a rural town 60 miles from Las Vegas. "For us, he is a person of interest. We want to talk with Mr. Stiles about the identity of the female victim."
