Ohio Family Found Murdered

Tonya Hawks had just moved into the rented house last summer, with her three boys. Neighbors described the boys as funny and well mannered.

After four days of not seeing anyone leave the rented home, neighbors grew concerned enough to call the police. As the police where making their way to the home, a woman happened to peer into one of the windows to the home, and spotted one of the boys laying on the floor. Thinking that the child may be in need of help, another neighbor kicked in the door. Upon entering the home, they found blood, and eventually would discover the bodies of the three boys, and Tonya.

A handgun was found in the neat and orderly home, and investigators were interviewing the woman's boyfriend, who had recently moved out, Montgomery Sheriff's Maj. Ed Copher said.

"I wouldn't call anybody a suspect at this time," Copher said.

Tonya Hawks, 31, and her three sons, aged 2, 4 and 5, had moved into the rented house last summer.

"The house was secure. Nothing would suggest that it was an intruder," he said. "It didn't appear there was a struggle or anything."

This is definately very disturbing, and so very tragic.
I once took care of these children, and they were very pleasant well behaved, loving children. I hope that no matter what comes about from this that everyone will remember these were innocent children, that are true victims here. They will be missed.
