Amber Alert- Ohio

Those in Ohio may have seen a Amber Alert issued for the entire state. As of posting, the ticker tape for the Amber Alert system is yellow.
Details from NBC 4 in Columbus Ohio are as follows:

2-year-old boy reported missing from Cuyahoga County.
The boy, Joshua Bryant, was last seen on East 55th Street in Cleveland at about 5:45 a.m. Bryant is described as a 3-foot-tall black male. He weighs 39 pounds, and
has brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a white tank top and white
underwear.
Authorities believe the boy is with Cory Locke in a white 1992 Saturn with Ohio license plate DFM 1543. The vehicle was last seen traveling westbound on Interstate 90.
Locke, also known as Cory Brown, is a known sex offender with a history of violence, police said. He is described as a black male, 5 feet 10 inches and weighing 210 pounds.

Locke, pictured above has a previous conviction, and is registered in Esorn, the Ohio registry for Sex Offenders.
