The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil,
but because of those who look on and do nothing.

Treatment for Cashman Hulett

It's making best of a situation thrown at us by a judge who rules by personal opinion rather than judicial responsibility. Now the only question is whether Cashman will take the bait, and reconsider his pat on the back sentence for Mark Hulett.

We will provide treatment in prison for Mr. Hulett," Smith said. "In return I would hope the court would decide to side with the prosecutors."

The new order by the Department of Corrections can be applied to all future convicted monsters as well, according to (but not in those exact words) The Department of Corrections.

Vt. Decides to Treat Molester in Prison --

I'd like to point out, as some have insisted that this was the only option to get Hulett treatment, that CHILDREN aren't running around in jail. Therefore as always my stand that he is in no need of treatment if they sentence him for life for every time (over 50) that he sexually abused that child. Lock the monster up for the remaining days of his life, and may he rot in hell afterwards.
