but because of those who look on and do nothing.

Joseph Duncan... the hearing

According to court documents Shasta told a a Kootenai County deputy she was a sleep when her mother woke her, they went to the living room of the house and a man then bound her family. The documents are the first tying convicted high-risk sex offender Joseph E. Duncan III of Fargo to the site of the three murders in Coeur d'Alene, May 16.
Shasta Groene states in the testimony that she and her missing 9-year-old brother, Dylan Groene, were taken from their home, tied up and placed in a pickup before later being put in a Jeep.
She then says Duncan took the two to a Montana campground and all three visited at least two campsites. A unidentified body was found in LoLo National Forest in western Montana, and has been sent to the FBI for DNA testing, police have said they don't believe Dylan is alive.
Shasta also told investigators Duncan repeatedly sexually molested the two children and was acting alone the entire time she was with him.
"Shasta state she never met Mr. Duncan/Shasta deny any other person," court documents state.
Duncan was charged Tuesday in Kootenai County with two felony counts of first-degree kidnapping. If found guilty he could receive the death penalty- which I believe we are all hoping he gets. Through a televised hearing Duncan wore a yellow prison uniform and his hands were shackled, apparently he said little other than agreeing he understood the charges against him. Magistrate Judge Scott Wayman held hearing. Currenly he is being held without bail on the kidnapping charges.
Shasta has been said to deny any other person(s) where involved and that she had never before met Duncan. Source HERE
